However, if you want to save some money we recommend you should at least take our premium plan for the first year then from the second year switch to our pro plan. Then from the second year, you can switch to our pro plan and you will save £100 per year compared with our premium plan.
Do I get any help and support with my website if I need one?
Yes, you get free help and support for All our Plans at least one-time per month. However, with our pro plan, you get 30 days of unlimited help and support whereas with our premium plan 12 months of help and support are included.
What are the differences between help & support and maintenance?
Help & support are when you want to do some changes to your website. whereas maintenance is required for any website to keep it functional. That's why we give you free maintenance with all our plans. Maintenance is to keep all the software and plugins up to date on the backend of a website so this way your website will always stay functional and fast-loaded.

Yes for any additional websites you order we give you 10% discounts. For example, if you already have a website and you want one more website for your additional website our pro plan will cost you £315 and the premium plan will cost you £405
Do I get any offers on my renewals?
Yes for our pro plan and eCommerce standard plan you get up to 10% discounts on your renewals. However, for our premium plans, you get up to 15% discounts.
Do you help me to create my website content?
No nobody can write better than yourself about what your products and services are to offer. That's why we recommend that you should write all the contents of your website yourself. However, if you don't want to do it yourself you can hire a content creator or copywriter to write it for you.
How long do you take to build a website?
It depends on the type of website. Let's say after you provide us all your contents for the website it will take around 3 days for the pro plan to build your website and go live and maybe 5 days for the premium plan.
