The Process From Start To Finish

Payments

The very first thing we need is your payments for the yearly plan or the deposit for the monthly plan. So we order your hosting plan, domain name website builder  and some software which your website might need depending on your business type.

Domain name

In this step, we need to know what domain name you want for your business. So we can order it for you. If you already have a domain name best option is to transfer your domain name over to us. Or you can change it is name servers only.

Your data

In this stage, we need your data. All of the data for the website such as texts, images, videos and files. You can email us all your data at once. Please send your data separately for each page. For example, 1 doc file or word file for the home page 1 file for the about us page and so on this way it makes it easy to understand or even better fill in the form HERE to submit your contents

Pre Design

Once we have received your data. We will start building your website. After we finish with the design you can tell us all the changes if you want to make. The quickest way to do this is over the phone call. You can tell us where you want the changes and we do it straight away for you while you are on the call with us. So this way we don’t waste too much time on redesigning again and again. Note this phone call takes between 30 minutes to 2 hours. So please make an appointment for this call.

Completion:

When you are happy with the design then we move to the last step which is to put your website on search engines. Such as Google, yahoo, bing and yell. All these steps can be done within 3 days, as long as you provide us with all your data.

Yes, you get free help and support for All our Plans at least one-time per month. However, with our pro plan, you get 30 days of unlimited help and support whereas with our premium plan 12 months of help and support are included.

Help & support are when you want to do some changes to your website. whereas maintenance is required for any website to keep it functional. That's why we give you free maintenance with all our plans. Maintenance is to keep all the software and plugins up to date on the backend of a website so this way your website will always stay functional and fast-loaded.

If you already have a hosting plan and a domain name we can get you £100 off any of our plans you want. For example, the pro plan will cost you £250 per year and the Premium plan will cost you £350 per year. 

Yes for any additional websites you order we give you 10% discounts. For example, if you already have a website and you want one more website for your additional website our pro plan will cost you £315 and the premium plan will cost you £405

Yes for our pro plan and eCommerce standard plan you get up to 10% discounts on your renewals. However, for our premium plans, you get up to 15% discounts.

No nobody can write better than yourself about what your products and services are to offer. That's why we recommend that you should write all the contents of your website yourself. However, if you don't want to do it yourself you can hire a content creator or copywriter to write it for you.

It depends on the type of website. Let's say after you provide us all your contents for the website it will take around 3 days for the pro plan to build your website and go live and maybe 5 days for the premium plan.
