However, if you want to save some money we recommend you should at least take our premium plan for the first year then from the second year switch to our pro plan. So this way your website will get all the necessary stuff such as SEO, unlimited pages and more. Then from the second year, you can switch to our pro plan and you will save £100 per year compared with our premium plan.

Yes, you get free help and support for All our Plans at least one-time per month. However, with our pro plan, you get 30 days of unlimited help and support whereas with our premium plan 12 months of help and support are included.

Help & support are when you want to do some changes to your website. whereas maintenance is required for any website to keep it functional. That's why we give you free maintenance with all our plans. Maintenance is to keep all the software and plugins up to date on the backend of a website so this way your website will always stay functional and fast-loaded.

In a short answer, everything you need within your website is covered with our help & support. Such as any changes you want to make within your websites for example adding new pages, adding new products and so on.

If you already have a hosting plan and a domain name we can get you £100 off any of our plans you want. For example, the pro plan will cost you £250 per year and the Premium plan will cost you £350 per year. 

Yes for any additional websites you order we give you 10% discounts. For example, if you already have a website and you want one more website for your additional website our pro plan will cost you £315 and the premium plan will cost you £405

Yes for our pro plan and eCommerce standard plan you get up to 10% discounts on your renewals. However, for our premium plans, you get up to 15% discounts.

No nobody can write better than yourself about what your products and services are to offer. That's why we recommend that you should write all the contents of your website yourself. However, if you don't want to do it yourself you can hire a content creator or copywriter to write it for you.

It depends on the type of website. Let's say after you provide us all your contents for the website it will take around 3 days for the pro plan to build your website and go live and maybe 5 days for the premium plan.
